Robylon
AI agents that resolve customer support on email, chat, voice and WhatsApp, and take real actions in your helpdesk and CRM.
概要: Robylon?
Robylon is an AI customer-support platform. It gives support teams AI agents that resolve customer conversations across email, chat, voice and WhatsApp. The agents do more than answer questions. They connect to the tools a support team already uses, look up the customer's data, and take approved actions, such as issuing a refund, updating an order or changing a ticket. When an agent cannot finish a case, it hands the case to a human agent with the full conversation and context attached, so the customer does not have to repeat anything.
Who Robylon is for
Robylon is built for customer experience and support teams that handle a steady volume of repeat questions and routine requests. Typical users are e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, fintech and crypto businesses, health and fitness companies, logistics firms and gaming companies. The common need is the same: too many tickets that follow a known pattern, and a team that wants to spend its time on the cases that need a person. Small teams can start on the free plan. Larger teams use the Business and Enterprise plans for more volume, voice calls, helpdesk integrations and administration controls.
Core capabilities
1. One AI agent across channels. A single Robylon agent can serve the website chat widget, email, WhatsApp and voice phone calls. The same knowledge and the same rules apply on every channel, so answers stay consistent. Teams can also connect Slack, Microsoft Teams and Google Sheets.
2. Action-taking agents. Robylon agents can work inside connected systems instead of only replying with text. Examples include checking an order status, starting a return or refund, updating a customer record, routing a ticket, or tagging and closing a resolved ticket. Teams decide which actions the agent may take. Custom API integrations let a team connect its own internal systems on the Business plan and above.
3. Helpdesk and CRM integrations. Robylon works with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, Intercom, Salesforce and Shopify. Teams can keep their current helpdesk and add Robylon on top of it, or use Robylon's own inbox on its own. In both setups, human agents see the full thread when a case is escalated.
4. Human handoff with full context. Not every case should be automated. When the agent reaches the limit of what it is allowed or able to do, it passes the conversation to a human. The handoff includes the conversation history, the customer details it found and the steps it already took. Live agent seats are available for the people who answer escalations in Robylon's inbox.
5. Knowledge base and answer quality. The agent learns from the team's own sources: help center articles, files, URLs and question-and-answer pairs. Each file, URL or Q&A counts as one knowledge source, and plans range from 50 sources on the free plan to 5,000 on Enterprise. Paid plans add tools to improve answers over time. KB gaps and clustering shows the questions the AI could not answer from the current sources, grouped by topic, so the team knows what content to add. A KB testing suite lets the team test answers before they go live.
6. Models and reliability. Paid plans give access to all supported AI models and include LLM fallback, so the agent can keep working if one model provider has a problem. Enterprise customers can bring their own LLM.
7. Analytics and insights. All plans include basic analytics. The Business plan adds chat and voice analytics dashboards and AI insights and recommendations, so support leaders can see volumes, resolution and trends by channel.
8. Languages. Robylon agents support more than 40 languages, which helps teams that serve customers in many regions from one setup.
9. Security and compliance. Robylon is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant. Role-based access control is available on paid plans. Enterprise adds single sign-on (SSO), audit logs and custom data retention.
How a team gets started
A team creates a workspace, adds its knowledge sources, and connects its channels and tools. It then sets the rules for what the agent may answer and which actions it may take, and tests the agent before going live. Most teams go live in about seven days. The free Starter plan includes the chat widget, Slack integration, basic analytics and community support, so a small team can try Robylon without a sales call. A demo can be booked from the website for larger rollouts.
Results teams report
Robylon says its customers resolve about 85% of support tickets without a human. Results depend on ticket mix, the quality of the knowledge base and which actions the agent is allowed to take. Robylon says it is trusted by more than 250 companies.

What Robylon does not do
Robylon is focused on customer support. It is not a general coding assistant or research tool. It takes only the actions a team has connected and approved. Many teams keep their existing helpdesk and use Robylon as the AI layer on top.
