Sponsorship Terms, Conditions & Guidelines
To maintain high directory quality and ensure genuine utility for visitors, all sponsored advertisers agree to the following standards:
1. Functional Product Requirement
We accept active, functional artificial intelligence software, models, APIs, and tools. Your product must have an operational landing page with a working service, beta, or demo. Broken links or non-functional placeholders are not accepted.
2. Strict Prohibited Verticals Policy
Malware, illegal bots, scams, deceptive financial pump schemes, adult/NSFW generators without safety filters, and casino/gambling products are strictly prohibited. Violating entries are removed immediately without refund.
3. Creative & Copy Standards
Advertisers must provide a clear square logo (PNG, JPG, SVG, or WEBP). Copy and taglines should be professional and informative without misleading claims or excessive capitalization.
4. Compliant FTC & Search Engine Disclosure
In accordance with FTC guidelines and search engine policies, paid placements are labeled with a
visible Sponsored or Partner badge. Links include valid rel="sponsored
noopener" annotations.
5. Payment & Activation
Invoices are processed prior to deployment via secure credit card (Stripe), UPI / Netbanking (Razorpay), or direct Wire. Once payment and assets are confirmed, placements go live within 24 business hours.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Because advertising positions are reserved exclusively per slot, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 5 business days prior to scheduled launch for a full refund. Active running campaigns cannot be refunded mid-term.
