1. Directory Services & Intellectual Property

Permission is granted to access, compare, and bookmark materials, reviews, and directory listings on AI Pulse Directory for personal and commercial evaluation purposes. All original editorial reviews, comparison frameworks, blog guides, and software ratings are the intellectual property of AI Pulse Directory and protected by applicable copyright law. Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective software vendors.

2. Third-Party Software & External Links

AI Pulse Directory provides outbound links to external third-party software products, APIs, and pricing plans. We do not develop, own, operate, or directly service these third-party platforms. Your subscription, data transfer, and usage of any linked third-party AI software is governed strictly by that vendor's terms and privacy policies.

3. Tool Submissions & Paid Listing Tiers

Software developers and founders may submit AI tools to our directory via free or paid tiers:

  • Community Tier ($0 Free): Subject to standard editorial review queues without guaranteed processing timeframes.
  • Express Pass ($29 / ₹2,499) & Featured Pro ($49 / ₹3,999): Provides expedited 24-hour review queues, verified badges, and temporary premium visibility placements.
  • Editorial Independence: Payment of an expedited review fee covers processing and queue acceleration; it does not guarantee a positive review, artificial rating inflation, or perpetual immunity from delisting.
  • Refund Policy: Submission fees are strictly non-refundable once editorial review has commenced or the listing is published.

4. Tool Ownership Claims & Maker Badges

Founders may claim existing directory listings via our "Claim This Tool" verification portal. By submitting a claim, you certify under penalty of perjury that you are the lawful owner or authorized representative of the software. Falsifying corporate email credentials, submitting deceptive documentation, or impersonating third parties will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent domain blacklist.

5. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use Policy

To protect directory visitors and uphold Google Publisher policies, AI Pulse Directory enforces a strict ban on the following software categories:

  • Online gambling, sports betting, non-GamStop casinos, and toto lotteries.
  • Non-consensual deepfakes, unauthorized nudification applications, or explicit adult generators.
  • Malicious prompt-injection bots, unlicensed scrapers, spyware, or credential harvesting tools.
  • Fictitious, phantom, or unreleased placeholder models designed to deceive organic search traffic.

We reserve the sole right to delist, deactivate, or modify any listing found to violate these standards without prior notice.

6. Direct Sponsorships & Banner Advertising

Direct advertising partners purchasing banner units or newsletter spotlights must supply accurate, lawful promotional material. AI Pulse Directory does not guarantee lead quotas or conversion metrics, and reserves the right to decline advertisements deemed deceptive or predatory.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Accuracy

All directory materials, ratings, and pricing estimates are provided on an 'as is' basis. AI pricing models (tokens, credits, free trial limits) fluctuate rapidly. While we exert significant effort to audit listings, users must verify final billing terms on the vendor's official checkout page.

8. DMCA & Content Removal Requests

If you are a copyright owner or software developer and wish to request the modification or removal of your listing, please email our moderation desk at contact@aipulselist.com with proof of authority. Legitimate removal requests are honored within 48–72 business hours.

9. Modifications & Governing Law

AI Pulse Directory may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
